Stella Sauls specializes in Vacation properties. I give my clients the edge on properties our office list by knowing what their needs are and letting my office know what my clients are looking for. When a new listing comes up I can contact my clients and let them know before the property goes on the MLS to the general public giving them the advantage of seeing it first. I know our inventory and keep current of any new listings that come on the MLS searching several times a day to make sure my clients are getting current information on any new properties or changes to our inventory including price reductions. I also network with agents out of our office to let them know I am looking for a certain property for my client. If they list a property that meets my clients needs they call me and let me know. I want all my clients to be totally satisfied with the transaction. My goal is to exceed their expectations of the Real Estate experience. I specialize in single-family residences, land, investment and vacation property within the local areas of Twain Harte, Sonora, Jamestown, Columbia, Pinecrest, Sugar Pine, MiWuk, Sierra Village, Long Barn, Strawberry and Tuolumne City. I'm also very knowledgeable about the local schools and the different programs they offer your children.
Personal
I am a Valley transplant having been born in Oakdale and raised in the local area. My youth was filled with camping trips to Pinecrest, Clarks Fork and many other parks in the Sierra mountains. I must say I fell in love with this area many years ago. I feel blessed to be able to live and work here now. My college major was business and accounting. I enjoy helping people and have finally found my niche in Real Estate. My hobbies include spending time with my family, three Yorkshire Terriers, enjoying our recently built new home in the pines, handmade soap and candle making, and gardening. I am also a Master Gardener. I am an e-Pro giving my clients expert service on the internet. Real Estate gives me a huge amount of satisfaction helping people find the right property and flexibility to have time to give back to my community. My clients become great friends and I enjoy staying in touch with them.
